  • Colts sign cornerback Kevin Thomas Indianapolis Star It's seven down and one unsigned draft pick to go for the Indianapolis Colts. The team announced today it had signed cornerback Kevin Thomas, its third-round selection. Terms of the four-year contract were not immediately available. Thomas, a USC product, suffered a knee injury during a May minicamp that might force him to miss his rookie season. Thomas' signing leaves the Colts with just one unsigned draft pick with training camp set to open Sunday at Anderson University: defensive end Jerry Hughes, the team's first-round pick.
