Chris Polian, the Jaguars director of pro personnel, has interviewed a second time with the Philadelphia Eagles for a front office job according to philly.com. The Eagles are looking for an executive to work under coach Chip Kelly, who is now in charge of personnel after general manager Howie Roseman’s title changed from general manger to executive vice president in charge of football operations. Chris Polian recently interviewed with the Eagles a second time for their personnel executive opening, an NFL source said. The Jaguars' director of pro personnel was one of the first candidates to meet with Eagles coach Chip Kelly and is the only known aspirant to have a second interview. The Eagles were prepared to meet with the Brian Gaine for a second interview, but the Texans promoted him to director of player personnel and he opted to stay in Houston.
