Jameis Winston visiting the Buccaneers today

Jameis WInston is on his one visit with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers right now, as first reported by Adam Schefter of ESPN. Schefter notes that Winston's visit will be very "Glazer-centric", so it seems Winston will have to convince team ownership that he's the guy they should draft. The visit will take three days according to Adam Schefter, but Rick Stroud and other local beat writers claim it will take only one day. League rules only allow Winston to spend one day at the team facility, where they can run him through workouts. The team could still meet with Winston outside of the facility,...

NFL Mock Draft Monday: Jameis Winston grows lead over Marcus Mariota

Before we get to the mock drafts, a few quick notes. With more than 3,300 votes, Florida State’s Jameis Winston is narrowing the gap with Oregon’s Marcus Mariota in our updated (and unscientific) reader poll. Using its statistical projections, Mariota is the safest pick among the top five quarterbacks in this year’s draft. The riskiest? Winston. For what it’s worth, I view this more as fun conversation than definitive...

Documentary could be latest Winston element for Bucs to consider

TAMPA Jameis Winston doesn't look good on film. That isn't something you could say until now, given the Florida State star performed so well by losing only one game in two seasons with the Seminoles.
