Avs trade lottery tickets for immediate blueline help. According to reports, Brad Stuart has been acquired by the Avs from the San Jose Sharks in exchange for a 2016 2nd round pick and a 6th round pick in 2017. This addition definitely brings more defense to the blueline as Stuart is a tough defender who will shore up some of the weaknesses Colorado experienced last season.
