Los Angeles Daily News — John Mitchell of the Colorado Avalanche skated unmarked into an open patch of ice in front of the Ducks' net, pounced on a loose puck and whistled it past defenseless goaltender Jonas Hiller only 1 minute, 4 seconds into Wednesday's game at the Honda Center.
