The video replays are not encouraging. The Dallas Stars franchise-record crowd left happy Saturday night after a dramatic comeback provided two valuable points for their playoff pursuits, but possibly their most valuable player left the game after a nasty head-to-head collision with a charging Erik Haula. A fantasized look at some NHL injury news on a Sunday morning. Kari Lehtonen got absolutely plowed by Erik Haula last night. Haula basically used his head as a battering ram knocking Lehtonen's helmet right off and sending his exposed head right into the crossbar. It looks like a concussion and possibly a bad one.
