Injury sidelines Adam McQuaid again

Just when it looked like Adam McQuaid’s luck might be changing, it turned bad again.Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli announced yesterday that the defenseman will be lost for 6-8 weeks after suffering a broken thumb in the B’s 2-0 win over the St. Louis Blues on Tuesday. He suffered the injury when a Kevin Shattenkirk shot hit him in the right hand early in the second period.
