Wild Jet out of Winnipeg on Dumba's Game Winner

Matt Dumba ended a scoreless tie deep in the 3-on-3 overtime period to give the Wild its first win in the preseason. In a game that featured a top line of Jordan Schroeder - Charlie Coyle - Thomas Vanek because the normal top two lines played in a 3-2 loss to the Buffalo Sabres, one Niklas Backstrom stopped all 28 shots faced en route to the shutout victory. Dumba scored at 4:12 of overtime to get the victory after Justin Fontaine threaded a needle of a pass to Dumba for the shot.
