Tikhonov joins team

Ice Chips | Arizona Republic — Phoenix Coyotes update:   The Coyotes have recalled  forward Viktor Tikhonov, who played this season for both the San Antonio Rampage and the Cherepovets of the Kontinental Hockey League. Tikhonov was loaned to the Russisan team in November.   He had 14 goals in 25 games for the Cherepovets.   In his rookie season with the Coyotes (2008-09), he played 61 games with eight goals and 16 points.
