Report: Chris Herndon Charged With DUI In NJ Car Crash

The Miami Herald is reporting that New York Jets 2018 4th round draft pick, tight end Chris Herndon, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence at the scene of a car accident on Interstate 80 in New Jersey Saturday, June 2 in the early morning. Herndon, 22, was driving a Nissan Armada and reportedly hit a Toyota FJ-40 Land Cruiser. Albert Elliott, 76, of Manalapan, New Jersey, was driving the Land Cruiser and was reportedly injured in the accident. The Miami Herald reported Elliott had injuries to his arm in the accident. It is currently unknown if Herndon was injured.
