CB Stephon Gilmore talking to Panthers after Stephen Jones hints that Cowboys aren’t interested

Vincent Carchietta-USA TODAY Sports Stephon Gilmore could be another Cowboys free agent that leaves for another team. A few days ago, Cowboys executive Stephen Jones made comments that strongly suggested the team isn’t too concerned with bringing back veteran free agent cornerback Stephon Gilmore. Whether prompted by that or not, Gilmore is now rumored to be talking to the Carolina Panthers. Speaking between sessions at the 2024 NFL Annual Meeting, Jones was asked specifically about Gilmore’s free agency. While he did praise the veteran, he quickly pivoted to Trevon...

What does a “successful” 2024 campaign look like? No rational fan is expecting the 2024 Carolina Panthers to pull a 2003 “Cardiac Cats” and make a thrilling run deep into the postseason. Heck, few rational Panthers fans will even have a 2024 playoff berth as a legitimate possibility. The way we ultimately...

I No Longer Hate the Carolina Panthers

I No Longer Hate the Carolina Panthers

Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports My watch has ended I no longer hate the Carolina Panthers. A year ago today, I wrote an article that detailed the many, completely accurate, and not at all made up ways in which I hated the Panthers. As a fan raised to hate the Packers, it was the most successful season I’ve ever had cheering against a team. The Panthers were so bad in 2023, they wrapped up the number 1 overall pick before the final week of the season. I asked for an 0-17 season and they delivered a 2-15 monstrosity. It was beautiful. Of course, and this is a small point...
